This has been an incredible journey. There are not words to express my thankfulness and appreciation to all that have made this ride across this great country of ours possible.
I will finish my thoughts about this journey in more detail soon.
Cathy came to meet me for the final few miles of the ride.
Today I am enjoying being back with my wife and exploring together again.

ReplyDeleteEd pretty well sums this adventure up in one word. Course, you know I have never been a person of "few words". But, I do want to express my thanks to our God who carried you over those desolate roads, thru those storms, and up and over those mountains, to deliver you whole to those who love you.
This has been, not only a feat of physical strength, but also one of inner courage and faith. We celebrate with you (and Cathy) for this victory won.

I also want to say thank you for letting us follow you. You have been an inspiration and a pleasure meeting you through the blog. Love the picture of you and your wife. Brought a tear to my eye. You two look so happy. We just made 55 years and I feel the same about my buddy. Maybe some day we can meet you again. Happy life you two.
